Mad Pipers Plumbing is based at 12020 207th Ave SE, Snohomish, WA 98290, and we have served homeowners across King and Snohomish Counties since 2018. Co-owners Zack Walker and Ragen Ross are both licensed residential plumbers in Washington. When you call, you reach a local plumbing company, not a national franchise, and we come to you.
A dripping faucet, a toilet that runs all night, or water pressure that drops every time someone starts the dishwasher are the calls we take most often. We find the cause, explain what we found and your options in plain terms, and fix it with quality parts from brands like MOEN, Delta and Toto. Our installers are Toto factory-trained, so new toilets and fixtures go in to the manufacturer’s spec.
We also handle the bigger jobs: water and waste pipe repair when a line is leaking inside a wall, whole-home re-piping when older supply lines keep failing, garbage disposal installs, and sump pump service before the rainy season fills your crawlspace. If you are planning a kitchen or bathroom update, we take care of the plumbing side of the remodel too.

No hot water usually means one of three things: a failed part on a tank unit, a tankless unit throwing an error code, or a heater that has reached the end of its life. We work on both tank and tankless units. For standard tanks, we diagnose the problem and tell you honestly whether water heater repair makes sense or replacement is the better value.
Tankless water heaters are a core part of our work. We size, install and service Rinnai and Navien units, and co-owner Zack Walker holds Rinnai level 3 training. Annual flushing keeps scale from building up in the heat exchanger, which helps a tankless unit keep delivering steady hot water. See our tankless water heater service in Bothell for installation details and what to expect.
When one sink is slow, the clog is usually close to the fixture. When several drains gurgle or back up at once, the problem is often farther down the main line. Our drain cleaning service in Bothell starts by finding which one you have. We use camera inspection to see inside the line, then clear it with the right tool for the job, from cabling to hydro jetting. If the camera shows a cracked or root-damaged pipe, we show you the footage and talk through repair options before any work begins.
Homeowners choose us for the same reasons they mention in their reviews: we show up when we say we will, we explain the repair before we start, and we leave the work area clean. Our track record backs that up:
The city sits in two counties. The King and Snohomish county line runs through the middle of town, and plenty of homes outside city limits still carry a Bothell mailing address. We work on both sides, from downtown and the Sammamish River corridor to Canyon Park, North Creek and the neighborhoods off 39th Ave SE.
Which side you are on matters most for permits, so we confirm the right agency for your address before any permitted work starts. We also serve the communities next door, including plumbing service in Mill Creek, Kenmore and Woodinville.
Mad Pipers Plumbing is a licensed, bonded and insured Washington plumbing contractor, and both of our co-owners are licensed residential plumbers. We have served homeowners since 2018.
We also back our pricing with our Apples to Apples Guarantee: bring us a written estimate from another licensed, bonded and insured plumber, and we will meet or beat it by up to 10% on comparable products and warranties. Current offers are listed on our plumbing specials page.
Often, yes. The City of Bothell lists replacing a water heater among the projects that may need a permit, and applications go through MyBuildingPermit.com. The city’s Permit Center is at City Hall, 18415 101st Ave NE. If your home is outside city limits, King County or Snohomish County handles the permit instead. Ask us about permits when you book, and we will walk you through what applies to your address.
Repiping usually makes sense when small repairs stop solving the problem. Common signs include repeated pinhole leaks, rusty or discolored water, low water pressure at several fixtures at once, and older galvanized steel or polybutylene supply lines. We inspect your pipes, tell you whether a targeted repair will do the job, and walk you through your options if whole-home re-piping is the better long-term fix.
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. Weekend visits are available by appointment only. Call (360) 515-4549 and we will give you the soonest opening we have, along with steps to limit damage until we arrive, such as shutting off the water at the main valve.
Yes. We install, repair and maintain both brands, including annual flushing and error code diagnosis. If your unit may still be under warranty, we can help you check the manufacturer’s terms, since coverage depends on the model, install date and registration.
Yes. We offer senior and veteran discounts, and our Apples to Apples Guarantee lets you compare our price against a written estimate from another licensed, bonded and insured plumber. Ask about current specials when you call.
