If a job needs a special part, such as a specific water heater or tankless unit, we tell you what we are ordering, what it costs and when we will be back to finish.
It depends on where your home sits. Inside city limits, the city usually handles plumbing permits. In unincorporated areas, Snohomish County or King County handles them instead, and a Bothell mailing address can fall under either county. Yes. Tankless water heaters are a core part of our work, and we install, repair and maintain both Rinnai and Navien units. Co-owner Zack Walker has completed Rinnai’s level 3 training. Annual flushing helps keep scale out of the heat exchanger. If your unit may still be under warranty, we can help you check the manufacturer’s terms, since coverage depends on the model and install date.
