I recieved an email & text msg letting us know the approx arrival time which I really appreciated. Then I was extremely happy with Curtis. He called to let me know he was on his was. When he arrived he listened to me explain my issue and quickly looked it over, gave me a quote which I was very happy with and then got to work. Everything works perfectly. I was so happy with Curtis that I referred my neighbor to him. I'm glad to have a plumber I feel so confident with.
